We recommend a predominately stand up/cocktail style function for best use of the venue.
You are able to bring your own decorations, branding and AV equipment for your function.
Please be aware that 43 Below takes no responsibility for any damages incurred to property brought onto the premises.
Deposits/Payments/Cancellation:
A $500 deposit is required at the time of booking the function to secure the function date.
Deposit will be allocated to function expenses i.e. food/beverage and/or security.
Functions MUST be cancelled at least 7 days before the function date for the deposit to be refunded.
Responsible Service of Alcohol:
43 Below shall be responsible for ensuring the function is conducted in an orderly manner and in accordance with the rules and laws that govern the operation of a licensed premise in Western Australia.
Furthermore, all guests at functions held at 43 Below will be served in accordance with our own house policy and code of conduct.
We reserve the right to refuse service to persons approaching and/or showing signs of intoxication.
