Conference Room
Conference Room is available for a private dining experience which seats 20 people ideal for casual group bookings or business lunches and dinners. We have an array of menus to choose from for corporate functions/seminars.
Capacity: 20 people
Back Bar
Back Bar area provides a designated area which has full bar and bar service which also can be cordoned off to the public.
Capacity: 50 people
Front Bar
Front Bar area provides the ideal location for a larger event such as sundowners, birthday’s engagements or corporate entertainment. This area allows for entertainment i.e. dj, dance floor space and lounge areas.
Capacity: 100 + people
Function Style
We offer space for private corporate parties and birthday celebrations during the day and evening, Monday through Friday.
You may bring your own decorations, branding, and AV equipment for your function. However, please note that 43 Below is not responsible for any damage to property brought onto the premises.
Deposits/Payments/Cancellation:
A $150 deposit is required at the time of booking the function to secure the function date.
Deposit will be allocated to function expenses i.e. food/beverage and/or security.
Functions MUST be cancelled at least 7 days before the function date for the deposit to be refunded.
Responsible Service of Alcohol:
43 Below shall be responsible for ensuring the function is conducted in an orderly manner and in accordance with the rules and laws that govern the operation of a licensed premise in Western Australia.
Furthermore, all guests at functions held at 43 Below will be served in accordance with our own house policy and code of conduct.
We reserve the right to refuse service to persons approaching and/or showing signs of intoxication.
